Boris Kolmakov brings over 27 years of expertise across investment consulting and financial markets, including more than 20 years of professional accounting practice focused on forensic accounting — dispute resolution, expert testimony, investigations and disputes across Europe, Asia and the United States.
His career includes senior roles at Alvarez & Marsal (Moscow, London) and partnership at EY (Moscow, Amsterdam), leading forensic and litigation support services and managing complex, many-handed accounting investigations and asset recovery matters.
He has advised on legislative development for Basel Committee regulations and IFRS implementation, and has given expert testimony on accounting matters under US GAAP, UK FRC AS, HK GAAP and Russian standards.
